Our Supported Accommodation Homes
Our homes provide young people with a comfortable and secure environment where they can feel settled, valued and supported.
Each young person has their own lockable, furnished bedroom, alongside access to shared living areas and fully equipped kitchen facilities. Our homes are located within reach of public transport, education, healthcare and local community services.
Support is individually planned around each young person’s needs, strengths, aspirations and pathway goals.
16+ Supported Accommodation
Our 16+ homes provide 24-hour staffing for young people who are developing their independence but continue to benefit from consistent support and safeguarding oversight.

A 24-hour staffed supported accommodation home providing a safe and structured environment for young people aged 16 and above.

A welcoming 24-hour staffed provision supporting young people to develop confidence, stability and practical independence skills.

18+ Supported Accommodation
Our 18+ homes offer an independence-focused living environment for young adults who are ready to take greater responsibility for their daily lives while continuing to receive planned support.

Shared supported accommodation for young adults aged 18 and above. The home provides a positive step towards independent living.

A shared supported accommodation home for young adults aged 18 and above. The service provides a stable base from which young people can grow.
